Reserve your event date:A Credit Card might be required to reserve your event date. Final payment can be done with a different payment method. See Payment Types below.
Cancellation Policy:If you cancel your event with 30 days or more notice, you will be charged an administrative fee of $150. That fee covers the administrative time already spent planning and booking your event.
If you cancel your event with a 29-16 day notice, you will be charged 25% of the total amount of your quote plus a an administrative fee of $150. That fee covers the administrative time already spent planning and booking your event.
If you cancel your event with a 15-8 day notice, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your quote plus a an administrative fee of $150. That fee covers the administrative time already spent planning and booking your event.
If you cancel your event with a 3-7 day notice, you will be charged 75% of the total amount of your quote plus a an administrative fee of $150. That fee covers the administrative time already spent planning and booking your event.
If you cancel your event with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the total amount of your quote plus a an administrative fee of $150. That fee covers the administrative time already spent planning and booking your event.
Guest count:Final confirmation of guest count is due no later than 3 days prior to your event date.We cannot decrease guest count after final confirmation is provided. Final payment:An updated invoice will be send after the event is held. Final payment is due within a maximum of seven days after the event. There are no refunds after final payment is made. If no payment is received after seven days, the amount of the invoice will be charged to the credit card provided for the booking. If no payment is received after seven days a 20% of the total amount will be added to the invoice. If no payment is received after fifteen days, a 40% of the total amount will be added to the invoice. After fifteen days, a 5% extra will be added to the invoice every extra day that the payment has not been received. Payment types:We accept check, Zelle, Venmo and all major credit cards.A 3´5% processing fee will be added to your invoice if paid by credit card. Weather Cancellation Policy:All cancellations due to adverse weather conditions that make absolutely imposible the celebration of the event will adhere to the following policy. Adverse weather conditions are those which might have implications for:1. The health and safety of visitors, participants, guests and members of staff involved in the event.2. Any relevant accessibility issues regarding staff or guests reaching and leaving the venue.
For adverse weather-only related cancellations received between 24 hours before of the event and 7 days prior to the event date, this will be : 1. Reviewed for the option of a delivery instead onsite cooking 2. Postponed and transferred to an agreed upon rescheduled date. New date must be not further than 3 months from the previous date.
Same day cancellations due to weather will only follow the policy above if the cancellation is received before the team has left our warehouse. Full amount of the quote will be charge with no refunds of any kind once the order has left our warehouse for delivery and/or has been set up; we have to pay our employees for their hard work and time.Should the event be postponed by the client due to inclement weather once the team/order has either already left our warehouse, is already at the venue or the cooking on site has already begun, is full responsability of the the client the payment of the full amount of the invoice. No refunds will be offered after that point.
